1. القبول

باستخدامك Owlet أو إنشاء حساب فيها فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا كنت دون 18 عامًا فاستخدامك للمنصة يكون بعلم ولي أمرك وموافقته.

1. Acceptance

By using Owlet or creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, you use the platform with your parent's knowledge and consent.

2. الحساب

أنت مسؤول عن بيانات دخولك وعن كل نشاط يتم من حسابك. حساب الطالب شخصي ولا يجوز مشاركته (يحدّد النظام عدد الأجهزة المسموحة). أبلغنا فورًا لو شككت في اختراق حسابك. ويجب أن تكون بياناتك صحيحة.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your sign-in details and for everything done from your account. A student account is personal and must not be shared (the system limits the number of devices). Tell us at once if you suspect a break-in. Your details must be accurate.

3. الاستخدام المقبول

يُمنع: رفع محتوى مخالف للقانون أو مسيء أو ينتهك حقوق الآخرين، ومحاولة اختراق المنصة أو تجاوز حدودها، وانتحال الشخصية، وإرسال رسائل مزعجة، ومشاركة مواد الكورسات خارج المنصة بدون إذن صاحبها. نحتفظ بحق إيقاف الحساب عند المخالفة.

3. Acceptable use

You must not upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content; attack the platform or bypass its limits; impersonate anyone; send spam; or share course materials outside the platform without the owner's permission. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

4. المحتوى

المحتوى الذي يرفعه المدرسون (مواد وتسجيلات واختبارات) ملك لهم، ويمنحوننا ترخيصًا محدودًا لتخزينه وعرضه للطلاب المسجّلين. ما يرفعه الطالب من واجبات يراه مدرسه ومن يسمح لهم المدرس. أنت مسؤول عن حقك في نشر ما ترفعه.

4. Content

Content teachers upload (materials, recordings, quizzes) belongs to them; they give us a limited licence to store it and show it to enrolled students. Work a student uploads is visible to their teacher and whoever the teacher allows. You are responsible for having the right to post what you upload.

5. اشتراكات المدرسين والدفع

المدرس يدفع اشتراكًا (شهر أو 3 أو 6 أو 12 شهرًا) بالتحويل ثم يرفع الإيصال، ويفعَّل الحساب بعد قبول الإدارة للإيصال. عند انتهاء المدة والمهلة المحددة يُغلق الحساب مؤقتًا (تبقى بياناتك محفوظة) ويُعاد فتحه بالتجديد. الأسعار والإضافات تظهر لك قبل الدفع ويمكن أن تتغير للفترات القادمة. سياسة الاسترداد تحددها الإدارة حسب الحالة وتُكتب لك عند الطلب.

5. Teacher subscriptions and payment

A teacher pays a subscription (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) by transfer and uploads the receipt; the account opens when the receipt is accepted. When the period and grace days end the account is locked for now (your data stays) and reopens on renewal. Prices and add-ons are shown before you pay and may change for future periods. Refunds are decided case by case and stated on request.

6. الذكاء الاصطناعي

ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي تساعد على التعلّم لكنها قد تخطئ، ولا تغني عن المدرس. لا تُدخل بيانات شخصية حساسة في أسئلتك.

6. AI features

AI features help learning but can be wrong and do not replace a teacher. Do not type sensitive personal data into your questions.

7. التوفر وحدود المسؤولية

نبذل جهدنا لتعمل المنصة باستمرار لكننا لا نضمن عدم انقطاعها أو خلوّها من الأخطاء، وقد نغلقها مؤقتًا للصيانة. في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون لا نتحمل الأضرار غير المباشرة، وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا في أي حال على ما دفعته لنا خلال 12 شهرًا السابقة.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the platform running but cannot promise it will never be interrupted or error-free, and we may close it briefly for maintenance. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our liability is in any case limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

8. إنهاء الحساب

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من الإعدادات. ويمكننا إيقاف أو إنهاء حساب يخالف هذه الشروط أو يضر بالمنصة أو بالآخرين.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or harms the platform or other people.

9. القانون المطبّق والتواصل

تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في جمهورية مصر العربية. وللاستفسارات: support@getowlet.com. قد نحدّث الشروط وننبّهك عند أي تغيير جوهري، واستمرارك في الاستخدام يعني قبولك للتحديث.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt. Questions: support@getowlet.com. We may update the terms and will notify you of material changes; continuing to use the platform means you accept the update.
